Mini Goat Cheese Balls

Ingredients

2 packages Bowl & Basket cream cheese, at room temp

1 package (4 oz) Bowl & Basket specialty goat cheese

1⁄2 cup Bowl & Basket shredded white cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Bowl & Basket dried cranberries, chopped ( plus extra for topping )

1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/3 cup Bowl & Basket pecans, chopped finely ( plus extra for topping )

Pretzel sticks

chopped herbs, topping

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients (except pretzel sticks and toppings) in a large bowl and stir/ mix until well combined.

2.Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, shape into balls and roll in desired toppings. Push one pretzel stick into each goat cheese ball and repeat until all cheese balls are made. Place in fridge until ready to serve.

3.Serve with crackers, bread, or as part of a cheese board!
